Payment is due promptly on receipt of invoice. Any exceptions to be agreed upon as follows:
THERE WILL BE A $150.00 CANCELLATION FEE IF PROGRAM IS CANCELED AFTER OCTOBER 31st.
Customer Responsibilities: •Will hold the Santa’s Secret Shop® or the Holiday Gift Shop® during school hours. If after school hours, must obtain Fun Services approval. •Will provide tables to display all gifts sent and volunteers to run the program. •Will inventory leftover gifts and submit the Express Checkout Form on or before scheduled pickup date. (Failure to return the sheets results in a $75 inventory fee) •$1,500 sale minimum to qualify for consignment program and any bonuses. NO OTHER COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISE MAY BE SOLD DURING THE GIFT SHOP WITHOUT FUN SERVICES’ WRITTEN PERMISSION. Customer only pays for merchandise not returned or returned merchandise that has been written upon, such as pricing, etc., Final inventory totals are subject to verification and correction by Fun Services.
FUN SERVICES PROVIDES FREE: •Parent Flyer 1 per student •Money envelopes if applicable •Program Planner & Door Panel •4 Tablecloths & 4 Posters •Gift Bags and Carry Home Bags •Price Labels & Shopping Receipts •Coupons for Pictured Rocks Boat Tour
Free delivery & Pick up via Fun Services Trucks and schedules. Reorder services provided when qualified. Sorry, no reorders for make up days.
