How Our Holiday Gift Shops Work
Fun Services In-School Holiday Gift Shops are a no-risk program where you only pay for what you sell. No payment is due until after your sale is finished. There is an easy inventory check in and out system, and you can Re-Order merchandise as needed during your sale. (select locations have limited reorders) All re-ordered merchandise arrives the next morning!

Sign Up For The Original Santa’s Secret Shop®
Make the holidays extra special for your school’s children with the gift shop program that lets children experience the thrill of “secretly” buying gifts for family and friends. The shop is set up in your school and run by your volunteers. All gifts are child priced so everyone can participate.
Our Santa’s Secret Shop® and Holiday Gift Shop® are truly the best programs offered for your students! Fun Services provides you with everything needed for a successful “Shop” that is “Fun” for your students. When you’re making a major purchase for yourself, don’t you usually “shop around” to be sure you’re getting the Best Deal… Customer Service, Quality, Value and Price? In your shopping process, don’t you find that there is always a difference?
Fun Services would like to think of our Santa’s Secret Shop ® and Holiday Gift Shop ® program as a “major purchase” for you and your school children. Please do not commit to one program without “shopping around” to see what we offer.
9 Easy Steps!
Choose your Logo
Both offer the same great service and gift line. One just has a more generic name for those schools that prefer.
Select your Dates
You can choose a week in November or December. If these dates don't work for you, just let us know and we can work with you to find dates that do work. We do suggest a Monday set up and a Friday return giving you 3 full days of shopping. Don't forget to ask about BONUS WEEKS!
Parent Letter Selection
You get choose if your parent letters come in English or Bilingual (Spanish).
We now have Voucher Flyers, where the parent can use a credit card online instead of sending cash or a check. Ask us about this new feature
Submit your enrollment number
We need to know all of the students you plan to include in your shop (don't forget about preschool, etc.) The total enrollment ensures you receive enough free promotional supplies which includes: Parent Flyers, money envelopes, and Pictured Rocks Cruise Tickets-a Michigan Exclusive!
Select your Mark up
These are our most common mark-ups. You can run a gift shop as a serive or a fundariser, it is your choice. We even offer blank labels, where you can set your own prices.
Attend an Open House
See our Open House Schedule and come visit us to see the gifts, ask questions. You will leave our Open House with your promotional supply box (Tablecloths, Door Panel, Instructional Packet, Parent Flyers) and you can shop our closeout deals for extra inventory. Can't attend - no worries, we will deliver your Promotional Supply box.
Gift Delivery
Fun Services Drivers will hand deliver your merchandise to the classroom of your choice along with an instructional packet. The instructional packet contains your inventory sheets (also can be found in each box of merchandise), price labels, reorder form, express checkout form. Also with your merchandise there will be a Bag Box that contains carry home shopping bags and MOST IMPORTANT our Mylar Self-Sealing "To/From" Gift Bags for each item purchased.

Completing the Gift Shop
Once the last shopper has shopped, complete your Express Checkout form and send it to us via email or fax. We will calculate your billa nd send your invoice promptly. Fun Services will pick up any unsold merchandise, supplies and of course your check for payment.
If you run low on certain items or supplies you can call us on our Toll Free Line 1-800-772-7587 to place a Re-Order, or Fax/Email the Re-Order Form to our office. All qualifying orders will be delivered the very next day and in most areas first thing the next morning.

Use your schools all call/email system as a way to remind parents that their kids will have the opportunity to shop. Facebook posts are a great marketing tool.
